SHIPPING POLICY
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship all over the United States.
Q: What is the processing time for orders?
A: We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders quickly, therefore we strive to provide free expedited processing on all orders. Please give us 1-2 business days for order processing.
RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
Q: My jewelry was damaged. What do I do?
A: Skyline by Sienna provides our customers with good quality pieces that won’t break easily. If jewelry is damaged upon arrival please email us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a store credit. However, after 3 days we are no longer able to process your credit.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: No refunds for jewelry or accessories. All sales are final. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

• Remove when sleeping
• Remove before entering water
• Allow perfumes & body lotions to dry before wearing
• Remove when active
• Store in a closed box or bag
